RETURNS

At MOON Selfie Inc, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of satisfying the customer.

We hope to build trust and a long term relationship with you. Our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?

We hope you are pleased with your merchandise. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a replacement or a refund of the full purchase price + tax (shipping not included) for any new and unopened products within 30 days of purchase with the Return Form below.

Please return the original purchase and allow up to 15 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued to the same account used for the original purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of the credit once it has been issued.

We reserve the right to determine the eligibility for returns and/or exchanges for defective and/or used products. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

90-DAY WARRANTY

We provide a 90-Day Limited Warranty for all original MOON products.

Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.

At the sole discretion of MOON Selfie, Inc. any defective product will be repaired or replaced with the same or an equivalent product.

All original MOON products must be purchased directly from MOON or from an authorized reseller to be eligible for and covered under the 90-Day Limited Warranty.

A sales receipt is required if purchased from MOON authorized resellers.

EXCLUSIONS

Our 90-Day Limited Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or abuse.

Any damage caused by alteration to a MOON product or by using the MOON product for other than it’s intended use is not covered under warranty.

Damage to any non-MOON product is excluded without any limitation. Shipping charges associated with returning any product for warranty service are not covered under the 90-Day Limited Warranty.
