Free shipping is valid only on Domestic orders. This offer will be automatically applied at checkout. Offer is valid for a limited time only. This offer cannot be applied to prior purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.

We ship to all of the United States and Canada, including US Territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

GENERAL

Please note that all orders submitted before 1:30PM ET will be processed the same day. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Shipping address errors may also delay your order processing depending on customer response time. After your order has been fulfilled, we are unable to change the shipping address.

EXPEDITED SERVICES

Please note that all overnight service placed before 1:30PM ET will deliver next business day. Express service placed after 1:30PM will ship the next business day. We currently do not offer express service for Saturday delivery. All domestic orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (next business day) and second day service will be delivered on the following Tuesday. After three delivery attempts your package will be returned to MOON and additional shipping fees will apply for
redelivery.
